Somewhere along the way, parenthood became something that feels more like a rat race with no finish line vs the curated ideal you had in your head.

Kids get older, and you now spend more time in the car than nap trapped at home like when they were little. If you're like many of the Moms I talk to, you're squeezing dance practice in between dentist appointments, eye dr visits and tutoring because math is hard, ya'll.

And by the weekend you slump into a pile of goop knowing that the two days off isn't actually a day off at all. Just chugging your own cocktail of "catch up" that tastes bitter sweet.

You see people say "they are only this age once" but you look at your life 5-10-15 years into this stage and wonder what it will look like when they are older and a bit resentful that sometimes you DO wish it would hurry up.

Now, I have a kiddo that will be with me for life. But I also have one that is in the throes of middle school and Mama, let me tell you...there are days.

Sound familiar? I got you.

I created 30 days to Regulate for the Moms who feel like they live on a hamster wheel.

and sometimes that hamster wheel is on fire, and its theme week, and there is choir practice and dentist appointments and a math test with everything squared and you failed algebra in high school.
  • Inside this space, you'll get daily short 10 minute support sessions to help you understand why you feel the way you feel in the hardest moments AND how to shift your mood so you're less anxious and more present with yourself and your family.
  • The tools I teach here are designed for you to use over and over. The lessons I share are designed to be listened to as many times as you need.
  • This is not a space with expectations. You have enough of those. If you miss listening for a day, you're ok. If you need to binge the whole week on a Sunday? That's amazing. Want to wait until all 30 lessons are dropped and start then, perfectly fine. You get to come exactly as you are.
  • There will be an opportunity for you to share and ask questions. My desire is for you to have a space where you feel seen and validated, but also challenged. Challenged in a way where YOU matter in a way you may not have in years.

Once you join, you will get access to our next live 30 day program that begins October 13th. Once the 30 days concludes, you can continue to listen and come back as much as you need. You pay once & you have access forever.

What is included inside
30 days to Regulate?

  • 30 short audios teaching you about your nervous system, your attachment patterns and your brain based behaviours that are driving how you feel and how you are reacting while you are doing one of the hardest jobs on the planet.
  • Weekly Q&A thread where I answer your questions (you'll have an opportunity to ask privately if you wish).
  • Video based tools where I show you how to calm down in the hardest moments
  • Short journal prompts and homework you can do (or forget up to you)
  • Lifetime Access to the space + discounted access to future rounds when they are run

Words from Moms that have joined past rounds of 30 days to Regulate

My eldest daughter, Lienna, is just like every other 12 year old girl on the planet.

Yes, she has cerebral palsy that affects both her legs and her left arm BUT she attends school, has friends and keeps us busy with all the things she loves to do just like other kids.

Life gets...messy.

I often feel like I'm driving all day long being a taxi cab taking them from one place to the next while navigating the "where is the parking" and "will I be able to get her out of the car here".

And while I know what we handle looks a little different than most, its no different than the Moms trying to get 2 kids to opposing sporting events in neighboring towns with a 20 minute buffer all during the time frame when you are SUPPOSED to be eating dinner.

And to be honest, I'm not surprised you wanted to move to Bali and change your name to something exotic last week. I do to sometimes.

When I created 30 Days to Regulate a couple of years ago, I poured everything I have learned in nearly 1000 hours of training into short lessons so you can not only understand how to navigate the busyness and days when you are straight up OVER it, but how to feel more like yourself while you do it.
HI! My name is Lacy and I'm the Mom of 2 beautiful girls both with profound disabilities.

While my youngest daughter, Meili will be with us for life.

My eldest daughter, Lienna is much like your kids just with a few more considerations.

Since becoming a Mom in 2017...I struggled.

As a health coach and personal trainer that had spent more than a decade helping others live healthy lives, I was the unhealthiest version of myself. And I often couldn't make myself feel better no matter what I did.

In 2020, I began working with someone to understand my nervous system after I had one too many meltdowns followed by the most intrusive thoughts.

Since then, I've done 4 years of sessions with a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and therapists of all kinds. I became a Trauma Informed Coach in 2021 and I'm enrolled in a 3 year program to become a Trauma Trained Practitioner, I've completed over 750 hours of coursework and practicals and will graduate next Spring.

My undergraduate was in Human Development and Attachment theory and while I didn't know it then, it laid the foundation for my ability to teach and help others.

While physical wellness with exercise and nutrition is still supremely important in my life, I don't think that Special Needs Moms need to focus on physical wellness alone. Understanding your nervous system and attachment patterns are the key to you surviving this marathon you live.

Welcome, I'm glad you're here.
